Rolo's is a neighborhood restaurant that prioritizes approachable and undeniably delicious food for our guests. Part of our food program includes woodfire cooking, homemade pastas, pastry, whole animal butchery, and more. 

We're looking for hard-working line cooks who want to learn about why the fundamentals of simple cooking can be so challenging to attain. We put a lot of time and effort into producing hot, well-seasoned, and on-time food for our diners on a daily basis and want someone to join our team to be a part of that goal. 

Job description

Experience & Qualifications:

-hardworker

-no ego/friendly & professional attitude

-a desire to learn and improve daily

-showing up to work on-time

-understands the physicality of a cooking position

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

-take inventory of station mise daily

-fill out and use prep lists 

-complete all station prep

-thorough breakdown of station at end of each service

 

Compensation details:

Compensation: Hourly ($20-$24)

Open availability including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays

Hot and cold stations

Sharp knives everyday

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $24.00
