Company description

Tivoli Mushrooms was started in 2018 by a chef who has since gathered a team of other former chefs, builders, creatives and an engineer who have come together to put our combined energies into cultivating the highest quality mushrooms. We are a diverse group of people brought together by the love of working with mushrooms. Together we built a mushroom farm in the Hudson River Valley that was specially designed for large scale mushroom farming. We work by hand to formulate, pasteurize and inoculate all of our mushroom substrate. We pride ourselves in utilizing waste streams from other industries to grow healthy our medicinal mushrooms. Neighboring farms close the loop by using our spent substrate to build healthy soils.
