Job description

Join us for the summer of a lifetime!    Ever think about baking in a kitchen at a summer camp?  230 campers and staff would love to eat the delicious treats you love to cook.

At camp we eat lots of sweets/treats. This includes dessert 4 times a week, cookies before bed 4 times a week, lots and lots of birthday cakes, sweet rolls on Sunday mornings, Congo Bars on Saturday nights...and much more.  You will have lots of opportunities to create your favorite treats!

As one of the member of our kitchen staff (there are also 2 cooks and 7 prep cooks/dishwashers) you will assist with serving meals and menu planning,  You will also help the Kitchen to accept and unpack food orders and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, the coolers and the food storage areas.

Candidates must have 1-3 years production baking experience. 
Knowledge about and experience preparing vegan, gluten free, nut free, egg free and dairy free treats important and desired.

Compensation is $900 a week, $3000 finishing bonus, on-camp housing, meals, weekly laundry, travel expenses and generous time off.   

This is a seasonal full-time position June 2 to August 25, 2025.
