Job description
As Wellness Coach at Clean Program you will play a pivotal role in helping develop and manage the customer experience through wellness coaching and group programs. This role sets the foundation to improve the lives of Clean customers through coaching, health reset programs, nutritional products and supplements.
Responsibilities:
- Foster, nurture, and retain long-term customer relationships while providing education and maintaining/building brand authority/expertise in the wellness space.
- Hold daily 1x1 wellness coaching calls and craft supporting emails, providing follow-ups and additional support as needed.
- Responsible for responding to wellness-related inquiries in a timely manner providing exceptional customer service during shifts, and following up as needed.
- Track and keep record of all Wellness Calls within Zendesk, utilizing tags and reporting in internal tracking system/spreadsheets.
- Support CST and Customer-facing needs (Zendesk) during peak time and seasons. CST coverage during assigned hours to be determined by the Customer Support & Wellness Manager.
- Be knowledgeable and inform customers about Clean products and protocols.
- Contribute to marketing content as needed. Support the brand as a subject matter and program expert. Engage new and existing users while providing education and cultivating brand authority. Additional content objectives include:
- Build and maintain trust
- Nurture retention
- Boost brand visibility
- Generate leads and increase conversions
- Participate in internal training and developments offered.
- Pursue ongoing education within the CST and Wellness arena (via books, articles, lectures and seminars, etc), to further knowledge in the field, hone expertise, and provide exceptional support for customers.
Growth:
- Support company initiatives throughout the year including but not limited to group programs, promotions and events, new product launches, research, trainings and more.
- Proactively provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to department, and company as a whole, to help organize and strengthen our communication and thus support for customers.
- Remain growth and sales-minded throughout all we do.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in health & wellness coaching
- Hold a Health & Wellness Coaching certification, National Board certified preferred (NBHWC)
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
