Seven Stars Farm is a Biodynamic/Organic farm and processing plant. We have been providing the best quality dairy products to our local community and wider distribution area for over 35 years!  Our herd of Jersey cows provide milk for our amazing yogurt. The farm store on site provides the local community an opportunity to shop at awesome prices!  We give tours to High Schools, University's and interested groups.  Our farm is situated on 480 acres of preserved land, surrounded by another 1,000 acres of preserved land.  It is beautiful and an amazing place to work.  

In addition to our yogurt, we offer cream, butter, meat, bottled milk and a whole line of cheeses made from our milk!

Job description

As we expand and grow, we are looking for people who are as passionate as we are about producing the highest quality food in an ethical manner. We have a culture on the farm that no job is too large or too small and we all enjoy working with each other. This position includes learning all aspects of the business, processing the yogurt, running filler machine, driving to pick up cheese, waiting on customers in the store, packing and shipping, cultivating new customers, participating in food shows, and everything in between!  If you can multitask, are a quick learner, have some mechanical skills, and are good with people, we can teach you! Our ideal candidate would be someone willing to commit for several years, and hopefully more, to expand and grow with us.  We consider what we do to be a life choice, not a job.  Housing may be an option for the right person.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
