Job description

Late Bloomer Ranch is looking for a full-time team member to perform essential farm chores and support tasks for our winter season (November - April). This includes feeding animals, snow removal, winter flower propagation, and more. 

We are looking for someone who is deeply excited about and involved in regenerative work and determined to match our standard of excellence. This individual should learn quickly, work well independently, and take personal responsibility for every aspect of their work environment.

This is a position with the opportunity to grow into year-round employment, and affordable housing opportunities on the ranch for all employees (no pets, single occupancy only). $15-$18/hour DOE.
