Company description

We are a mother/daughter bakery cafe based in Winston-Salem, NC using seasonally inspired heirloom recipes to create decadent desserts. We specialize in our Amish Cinnamon Rolls made from a heritage recipe, hand-rolled in small batches, and covered in a boiled, brown sugar frosting. We also feature cakes and pies reminiscent of our grandmother's table, with modernized twists influenced by European food trends. Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch, using organic North Carolina milled flour. 

Job description

We are expanding our business and are looking for a pastry chef experienced in laminated dough, specifically in baking croissants. Attention to detail, a team player, and willing to contribute to the happy and family-like dynamic of our kitchen are valuable qualities we look for. Job compensation varies depending on level of experience.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
