Seeking a Head Chef for a World-Class Fine Dining Experience in Korea
Job Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our soon-to-open fine dining restaurant within Les Jardins de Médongaule, a prestigious international garden project set to open in May 2025 in South Korea. This project is a collaboration between renowned architects and landscape designers from Korea, the U.S., France, Italy, and more. The goal is to create an unparalleled experience combining breathtaking landscapes and rich storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute an innovative, seasonal menu that reflects the traditions of Western fine dining with your creative flair.
* Lead and inspire a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff.
* Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and culinary excellence.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menu ideas that enhance the guest experience.
* Train and mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Head Chef or senior culinary role in a top-tier fine dining restaurant (Michelin-starred or internationally renowned establishments preferred).
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.
* A passion for creative, modern cuisine with deep knowledge of * Western culinary techniques.
* Willingness to relocate to South Korea and embrace a new culture.
