Job description

We are looking for someone to help lead our growing deli business. In addition to supporting the head deli manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring staff is prepared for lunch & deli service, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and keeping a eye on supplies for a successful and sustainable business.

Typical daily responsibilities include working the line during the lunch rush, assisting on prep for the hot specials and grab-and-go, and putting a focus on helping deli customers while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced deli environment, has prior kitchen experience (read as, is comfortable slicing and dicing professionally), and has familiarity with maintaining supplies in a kitchen setting.  You will be collaborating with all members of the deli team and the Produce Manager and General Manager to help cut down waste and provide our customers with high quality products and superior service.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $50,000.00 - $55,000.00
