Job description

Butter Beans seek chef managers at a private school based in Manhattan 

Work schedule Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Skill Requirements: 

K-12 experience in a private school setting 

Significant experience in the following (five plus years) 

• Culinary training and background 
• Customer and account management 
• Staffing management and mentorship 
• School food operations and management 
• Knowledgeable about Kosher meals/allergens
• Menu planning
• Quality control 
• Cost management (food and labor) 
• Inventory management 
• Event planning and catering 
• PC and software skills

Pay Rate: $25 - $30 an hour
