Company description We are a small but busy restaurant in Hudson, NY, serving delicious food with a focus on meat.   Job description Cafe Mutton is seeking a full-time FOH person to join our awesome crew!  We are a small but busy restaurant that is open four days and one night per week (brunch on Weds, Thurs, Sat, Sun and dinner on Fridays only).  

The right person for this job will be an enthusiastic people person with a working knowledge of food, lots of attention to detail, and a lot of energy.  We change our menu almost every day, so the ability to learn on the job and adapt to change is very important.  FOH staff members will be trained on serving, hosting, and bartending over the course of their time here and will be expected to master each station in order to best serve the evolving needs of the restaurant.

Hourly rate is determined based on experience, and tips are split equally.
