Job description
Looking for an experienced Director of Operations, ideally with restaurant experience (though not absolutely necessary), experienced in opening locations, and in this case starting from the ground up. This is the kind of position that ideally leads to becoming the Phil Suarez to JGV, or Joe Bastianich to Batali, etc. There is tremendous growth opportunity, to be handled by the right motivated and dedicated self-aware person.
