We make small batch delicious spice blends featuring unique chiles that we grow ourselves on a small farm in New Jersey. Job description

T.O's Hot Spice is looking for both farm hands to help maintain an acre of Chile plants as well as salespeople to help sell the best spicy condiment in the world!

Farm Hand: Learn the basics of farming and how to grow a variety of unique chiles from sweet to extremely hot! Farm Hand position is September-November $15/hr with opportunity to increase. Duties include: Harvesting, destemming, weeding, mowing.

Sales: Help sell Hot Spice at large festivals and street fairs on weekends September-December! Pay is 20% commission. $15/hr minimum no matter what! All travel expenses (gas, tolls, accommodations if necessary) are paid for. Requirements: reliable transportation with enough space to carry an ez-up canopy, multiple crates, and event items (suv/crossover recommended), ability to lift 50lbs, ability to stand for long hours.
