Job description

The Position: The Bread Baker is responsible for baking from-scratch production of all artisan breads, including baguettes, hearth baked bread, sourdough, rolls, and pan loaves within a commercial bakery setting.   They ensure the quality, taste, and consistency of bread while adhering to food safety standards. The Bread Baker collaborates with other bakery staff to meet production goals and deliver exceptional products to customers.

Compensation
