Presently, we are seeking a highly-motivated and detail oriented part-time administrative and customer support representative to facilitate our Kitchen operations, approximately 20 hours/week and preferably spread across 4-5 days. Potential for increased hours throughout the holiday season (October - December).
 

You will wear many hats and play a crucial role as one of the main points of contact for our customers both online and over the phone. You will balance working autonomously as well as work closely with our kitchen management team. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations

  • Processing and overseeing all AR/AP
  • Budget planning and cash flow management
  • Running weekly payroll in Gusto  
  • Filling and maintaining records
  • Maintaining Internal Google Company Calendar (special events, time off, etc.)

 

Customer Service/Support

  • Field order FAQs about ingredients, menus, logistics, special requests etc.
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues and requests
  • Regular delivery scheduling and tracking
  • Wedding/Catering orders - inquiries, processing and booking

 

Account Management 

  • Maintain all wholesale customer account documents & requirements
  • Oversee and manage internal spreadsheets with order information
  • Customer outreach (wholesale, corporate & holiday)
  • Facilitate off-hours kitchen rental tenants - fielding inquiries, onboarding, and calendar maintenance

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years office experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, proficient math skills
  • Computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Google Applications 
  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be client facing
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and self direct
     

NOT REQUIRED BUT WOULD BE NICE

  • Four years Bachelor’s degree
  • Tech Savvy - experience with software/integrations like Shopify, Zapier, Excel
  • Food industry experience 
  • Driver’s License 

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
