Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
• Create engaging and compelling content including posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Maplebrook Farm remains at the forefront of social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, sustainability, and artisanal products is a plus.
