Job description
Dundore and Heister is seeking an individual that wants to expand their culinary mastery. As a Chef Butcher in Training you'll work closely with our head butchers and our culinary team. Here are some skills that you will acquire: whole muscle and seam butchery, dry-aging, specialty sausage production, value added raw creation, inventory and cost management and so much more! If you're tired of the late night restaurant scene, come join our team, and do your grinding in the morning.
