Who you are:
- A food professional who's eager to learn whole animal butchery and fabrication.

What you’d be doing:
- Learning how to break down beef, pork, and lamb into steaks, chops, roasts, and more.
- Learning how to cook every cut on the animal.
- Merchandising the butcher case.
- Sausage production: grinding, stuffing, and linking.
- Maintaining a clean and organized butcher block, walk-in, and prep area.
