Job description
Overview: The Executive Assistant will be Marcus Samuelsson’s primary point of contact for scheduling and day-to-day information. This role is also the first point of contact for clients, partners, investors, and vendors.

Duties and Competencies:
- Manage the founder’s schedule and calendar; including scheduling, confirming, and following up on calls, meetings, press, video shoots, etc.
- Oversee domestic & international travel – handling flights, cars, lodging, restaurants, etc. (includes confirming, re-confirming and tracking)
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of every project’s status and be consistently prepared to provide updates/information to founder
- Support executives by helping prepare a variety of reports, presentations and other materials
- Oversee founder’s monthly expenses - preparing expense reports in a timely manner
- Handle a variety of projects across media, new and existing restaurants, and brand partners
- Facilitate Zoom calls, meetings, engagements, recording videos and audios on a laptop with tech-savvy
- Assist social media team by capturing content when appropriate
- Event coordination including on-site or virtual assistance for all events and shoots
- Receive, review and respond to emails and miscellaneous correspondence in a timely fashion
- Run personal errands for the founder as needed
- Work closely with PR agencies to coordinate press and appearances
- Manage CRMs and keep contact list up to date

Compensation
this position is: salaried, 50k-75k
