Join our production team! Help us to cure, produce, and package our line of cured and smoked meat products.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Cut meat for whole muscle curing and bacon processing
- Cure whole muscle and bacon
- Monitor production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards in accordance with company policies and government regulations
- Package finished bacon, sausage, salami, and whole muscle
- Clean and maintain production spaces and production equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations
Requirements Include:

- Strong communication skills for teamwork
- The ability to follow general food safety practices precisely (HACCP system)
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures
- Capable of lifting 50 + pounds and an ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours
Physical Demands Include:
- Frequently lifting or moving items of 50 + pounds
- Standing 8 + hours a day
- Frequent exposure to 50 degree temperatures for meat processing
- Frequent exposure to loud noise while machinery is running (we supply ear protection)
Experience with meat or food processing a plus, but not necessary. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $18.00 - $22.00 Application instructions
