2023 Harvest Internship

  • Date Posted May 25, 2023
  • Location Richmond, CA
  • Category Agriculture / Business
  • Job type Summer Job

Company description

Les Lunes is a winery located in Richmond, CA, where we make lower intervention wines with a serious focus on farming.

We started our winery with the mindset of paying respect to the great wines of California's past. By utilizing our organic and regenerative farming practices, we've focused on restoring many historic vineyard sites throughout Sonoma and Napa. We strive to preserve these vines and let the complexity of the wines show through with as little intervention as possible. Our facility in the Bay Area also channels the spirit of urban winemaking and has afforded us the opportunity to support small farms, local farmers, and the greater community in general.

We work with a wide range of varieties including Zinfandel, Valdiguié, Sauvignon Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and many many more!

Internship description

Curious about natural wine + farming vineyards? We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team for Harvest 2023! With all the different styles, there is never a dull moment and lots of fun to be had!

Amidst the craziness of harvest, there is also several moments as we gather together as a team to enjoy meals, a bottle of wine, a game of ping pong, and the much deserved cold beer. We want to establish a winery culture that is down to earth and allows room for laughter among the long days.

We are looking for someone to start Mid August and stay with us till the end of October. You can expect to work 8 + hours a day, and up to 5 - 6 days a week.
