Company description
Dancing Gnome Farm and Broken Paddle Guiding are closely tied together. The farm --owned by Lauren Barry-- and the guiding business --owned by her partner Michael Anderson-- share work, employees, and good food. On the farm we grow a wide variety of delicious, Certified Organic veggies, using practices that prioritize sustainability and soil health. On the river we take paddlers deep into the magical backwaters of the Mississippi, sharing our naturalist knowledge of this unique region. Through our businesses we aim to deepen the meaningful connections between food, land, water, and ecosystems.
