FINE & RAW is a fresh, small, Brooklyn-based company that believes the future is beautiful. Our mission is to save the world through silliness and chocolate! We craft artisan chocolate, take our work seriously and try not to take ourselves too seriously.

This fall we will be expanding into our new Bushwick chocolate factory and event space and are looking for a passionate and responsible Operations Assistant to join our small team.

Team Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage relationships with wholesale clientele.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer service.
• Receive and process all incoming orders and oversee shipping andlocal delivery logistics.
• Meticulously log and record completed payments and track outstanding invoices.
• Contribute to an environment conducive to spontaneous dancing.
• Order and track equipment and supplies as necessary.
• Creatively engage and update social media sites.
• Assist with occasional marketing and events.
• Report directly to Chief Chocolate maker.

Qualifications:

• NYC resident
• Engaging, vibrant, open and amiable personality.
• Creative, detail oriented, honest. Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• Administrative, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.-Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding relationship management skills and a customer service orientation.
• Energetic, organized and professional. Impeccable follow
• through andwork ethic.
• Capable of random acts of magic.
• Comfortable with computers/tech savvy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
