Yesfolk is a family run brewery in Troy, New York. We make functional & tonic beverages with a specialty in barrel-fermented kombucha. We care deeply about making delicious and exciting beverages that feel good and play well with others. However, we consider ourselves more than a beverage company. We seek to be an instrument of change in the food & beverage industry by providing access to quality and wholesome products to all. Job description

We’re a small family-of-color-owned and operated business entering our 6th year of making kombucha and other tonics for our local and greater communities. 2022/2023 is a huge moment for us as we work on building out and preparing for our new facility in Troy. Apart from the actual physical move, we will be implementing many new and more efficient and streamlined systems. Joining us now means being an integral part of the most transformational period in our story thus far. Come take an active role in helping us grow and improve all aspects of our lil operation. Experience is a plus, but more important is the openness and desire to learn new things and improve on what you and we already know on a daily basis. Requirements & Responsibilites:

-Responsible for direct sales including in person and online

-Ability to manage online shop

-Keeping accurate inventory of product

-Assist with content creation for social media

-Comfortable with Squarespace, MailChimp and Shipstation is a plus

-Experience in food & beverage retail is a plus, but not required

-Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or in the process of doing so

Description:

This is a full-time position with fluid roles. It will primarily consist of retail related tasks like packaging and shipping online orders but will also include 1-2 days per week of helping with canning/bottling as well as some general brewery tasks. We are in the process of expanding and improving our online shop and you will be a major part of this growth process. We’re really looking for someone who will add value to this area of our business. Once we move into our new facility, you will also be one of the main people welcoming and tending to guests in our tasting room during open hours on the weekend. If you are a creative person who likes variety this position is for you.

-$20/hr
