A Fork Full of Earth is a Marin based organic catering company with more than 15 years in the industry.   We serve the entire Bay Area from the coast to the Sierras!  We pride ourselves on marrying an approachable, personal, rustic approach with the precision and mindfulness of fine dining.  

To make certain we can always obtain the highest quality products, we are committed to sustainability practices. We purchase locally from like-minded farms and ranches throughout Northern California. We plan our menus seasonally, when agricultural products are at their natural peaks for flavors and nutrients.

Job description

A Fork Full of Earth is in its 15th year as one of Marin's finest catering companies.  Our reputation for mindful service, delicious food, and a values-driven workplace culture make us a special and unique company to work for.

We are seeking culinary professionals who have experience in catering and understand it's particular challenges and triumphs!  We are seeking experienced chefs who are comfortable on the hot line with cooking proteins for large groups and also those who can do detailed work on the cold line with appetizers and side dishes.   We have positions for an array of skillsets, as we have many positions to fill as covid continues to resolve and events come heartily back.

We desire folks with creative minds, strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

We offer stipends for travel, we pay overtime and we all share a paid meal break on each shift.   We provide on the job training, chefs coats and company swag after 3 months of employment.

It is our pleasure to be in this industry and to prioritize the importance of a joyful, spirited, experience at work, especially after a time of such upheaval for our industry.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
