Job description

We are seeking a full time Garden Manager. Garden/agricultural experience is a must; management is preferred. The position requires ability to work independently as well as with diverse groups of people. Gardening and teaching are the two central functions of this position. The Garden Manager is responsible for all aspects of the garden and fruit orchard, always following sustainable agricultural practices to maintain ecological health of the diverse farm system we have created. In collaboration with Lionheart teachers, the Garden Manager also implements garden based lessons and activities tailored to meet the needs of our students.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 35k-50k
