Valley Shepherd Creamery produces a large variety of cave aged, artisan cheeses from sheep, goat and cow milk and many varieties of sheep milk yogurt, Chevre logs and Euro style butters.
We utilize the milk of over 1000 cows, sheep and goats, most of which reside on our farm and make over 30 varieties of cheese. Our products are sold at major retailers, used by hundreds of chefs, via our online portals, at farmer markets and at our own retail locations.

Join our team of dedicated dairy farmers, cheesemakers and retail specialists!
We are seeking not wholesale experience but passion for artisan foods and ability to help our chefs, retail store owners, mongers and distributors understand and hence sell more valley shepherd products.
Producing artisan cheeses, sheep yogurts, goat cheeses and butters, valley Shepherd interacts with a growing array of buyers, retailers and chefs. You will interact with all of them while explaining, assembling orders and assuring shipping or delivery happens. From Wegmans to Whole foods to many small cheese and natural foods stores to some of the best distributors in the tri state area. The list grows daily and the right person can grow with it.
The successful candidate will be a recent grad with some farming or food background and with amazing people skils and organizational abilities.
Salary plus bonus. potential housing available.
