Job description

The Delish UK Food Editor produces fun and engaging food content across all platforms. Responsibilities include:

-    Pitch weekly recipe video ideas for social platforms

-    Develop fun and shareable dishes as well as seasonal, search driven recipes

-    Work with videographer and video editor to produce captivating and helpful recipe videos

-    Act as the talent (the hands) in the video, styling the process and finished beauties

-    Style food for still photography to be used on site, on social media, and in print products

-    Write in-depth explainers for highly searched recipes

-    Pitch and work on in-depth creative and buzzworthy food features

-    Test recipes

 

The ideal candidate will have:

-    In-depth knowledge of food trends and traditions in the UK

-    Strong recipe writing, testing, and development skills

-    CMS experience is preferred, but not required

-    Video experience is preferred

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $45.00 - $65.00
