Job description

We’re seeking a friendly, fun-loving Harvester and Farmers Market employee for late April through the end of October. You could also be our Pack Shed Manager on harvest days if you are particularly detail oriented. Work will include harvesting,  Tuesdays and Fridays, restaurant/grocery deliveries on Fridays and Farmers markets three Saturdays per month. If you'd prefer to run our pack shed on Tuesdays and Fridays your work will include produce washing, boxing, labeling and other prepping for various retail accounts and CSA. Your schedule will run approximately 22-26 hours per week.  We know lots of other farms, restaurant owners and land-owners on Whidbey in need of workers in the summer so we can likely help you fill in your schedule with other employment if you desire.

We're looking for someone to join us in the fields as we harvest for our 75 family CSA, restaurants, grocery store accounts and farmers market. You'll also be the face of Deep Harvest as you make local deliveries for us and represent our farm at our thriving farmers market.
