Company description

Amazing chocolate begins with amazing cacao beans.

When you have quality ingredients, you don’t need much else. Our chocolate is made from just a few simple ingredients: small-batch roasted cocoa beans, organic sugar, and organic cocoa butter. Combined with our chocolate makers’ skill, experience and passion, these simple ingredients are transformed into award-winning chocolates.

The same passion and quality is applied to our coffee counter, serving espresso, pour overs, and pairing single origin chocolate with single origin coffee. The mocha is our signature drink, blending Stumptown espresso with our very own chocolate.
