We are a small, detail-oriented team looking to bring on thoughtful, hardworking individuals who are passionate about clean eating and living. We are currently hiring a Production Assistant for our newly built Charlestown HQ. Details

• Assist in producing and bottling cold-pressed almond milk
• Maintain a food-safe and organized kitchen environment
• Weigh out ingredients and assist in daily cleaning tasks
• Mondays + Wednesdays 9am-4pm (opportunities for additional hours)
• Compensation includes a weekly almond milk subscription

 

Requirements

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred (but not required)
• Basic understanding of food safety guidelines
• Ability to carry out multistep procedures with an increasing level of efficiency
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Reliability and willingness to take initiative when needed
• Prompt and effective communication (in person and via email)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $12.00 - $14.00
