QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management or related field. Knowledge and experience in Classical French Cuisine preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach Classical Cuisine during the following times (Fall 2018 Semester):
Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm; and
four Thursdays (dates to be determined) until 9:00 pm for Fine Dining dates
