This position involves producing food to order; sandwiches, egg dishes, salads, soups, stocks, as well as prepping all of our house made product; vegetable prep, sauces, vinaigrettes, bread, baked goods, etc. We are a small team and work together toward the goal of making the best possible product. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to see how a small food business runs and is ready to participate in all aspects of kitchen production. This position has flexibility in terms of experience. If you are newer to working in a culinary environment, we can train you. If you have kitchen experience, you can take on a bigger role in the day to day operations. For all who apply, there is opportunity to learn and grow with the business.
