Job description

Horrocks Market, Inc. is seeking a qualified HR Manager to fill a newly created position.

Responsibilities

• Developing this new position
• Time and attendance recording and processing
• Payroll processing
• Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates
• New hire orientation and employee policies
• Assisting department managers with reviews
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Professional HR experience, HR certification preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work with all departments and management levels throughout the store

This is a full time hourly position, rates commensurate with experience.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $15.00 - $50.00
