Are you a detail-oriented dynamo who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Principal and mostly remote team.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize and Energize: Manage emails, calendars, and client interactions with efficiency, ensuring every detail is in place.
  • Creative Solutions: Find innovative ways to streamline processes and boost team productivity.
  • Team Support: Assist both remote and in-office team members to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Personal Support: Help the Principal with scheduling appointments, coordinating arrangements, and managing correspondence.
