Job description

Stone's Throw is Vermont’s liveliest and impressive family of pizza focused restaurants!  With locations in Fairfax, Richmond, Charlotte, Waterbury, and Jericho, our  spots include three bespoke sit-down dining locations and two charming take-away/wine shops, exceeding far beyond your typical pizza experience. Our stone hearth ovens create vibrantly inspired, boldly-flavored pizzas, with a menu that changes seasonally to keep things fresh and uniquely our own.

We are on the lookout for a passionate shift lead and culinary professional to join our dynamic team for oversight of our Richmond location.  As part of our cross-trained, skilled crew, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and exceptional products. In Richmond, our highly skilled manager, hailing Chicago, is dedicated to their love for the craft and sharing their expertise—fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and FUN in our kitchens while nurturing skills and providing education. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in food service role required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience with Toast POS system preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during our service hours Tues through Thurs, 4pm to 9pm & Fri-Sun noon to 9pm 
  • 4 to 5 shifts per week and weekends preferred
