Job Role: The Janitor will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas. The Dishwasher/Janitor’s efforts will contribute to creating a hygienic environment and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the establishment.

Salary: $20 per hour. Shift 2-4 hours per day, Mon-Sat 5:00/7:00 PM to 9 PM

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff by cleaning and sanitizing cooking tools, prep stations, and surfaces, contributing to a smooth workflow.
• Cleaning Duties: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces in the dining area, restrooms, and staff areas.
• Trash Removal: Empty and replace trash bins, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Restroom Care: Keep restrooms clean, well-stocked, and sanitized, paying attention to high-touch surfaces.
• Cleaning Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Spillage: Respond promptly to spills and accidents, cleaning and disinfecting affected areas to prevent hazards.
• Adherence to Hygiene Standards: Follow health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and techniques to maintain sanitation.
