Orchard Hill Breadworks has an opening for a full time, residential 3 month internship starting 6/1/16.
  
We are a small, wood fired artisan bakery located in southwest NH. We have a focus on hearth baked naturally leavened breads but we produce a wide variety of high quality goods for both retail and wholesale.
  
The ideal candidate is energetic, works hard, gets along well in a team setting and can handle a fast paced work environment. Work will include everything from ingredient preparation to shaping and packing bread. Prior baking experience is not required. Room and board included.
