Job Description She Wolf Bakery is hiring for a full-time, daytime bread baker and viennoisier to join our small team at our production space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Born out of a nightly baking shift in the wood oven at Roman's, She Wolf Bakery now supplies the bread served at our sister restaurants Marlow & Sons, Marlow & Daughters, Diner, Reynard, Roman's, and Achilles Heel, as well as a growing list of restaurants and greenmarkets throughout the city. We specialize in working with naturally fermented doughs. We bake exclusively with organic grains, and emphasize sourcing those grains locally.

We're looking for someone with several years of experience mixing and fermenting naturally leavened breads, proficiency at hand forming baguettes, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience forming viennoiserie preferred. Above all, the ideal candidate must be dedicated to honest work, classic techniques, and have respect for both their coworkers and high quality ingredients.
