James Beard Award nominated chef Ignacio Mattos is looking for a dedicated Pastry Chef to join the back of house team for a new downtown project. We encourage a collaborative environment and we are looking for someone with the technical skill and experience to expand and develop our menu. Our food is simple and ingredient driven but also detailed and precise. We are looking for someone with a clean hand, innovative ideas, and a strong, traditional foundation.
