Job description

Catelli's is looking to hire a sous chef for its kitchen team. We are looking for a full time employee who is professional, experienced, passionate and dedicated. You do not have to be a sous chef now, but are experienced enough as a cook to work well on a fast paced line and eager to learn the business end of the kitchen such as managing kitchen staff, scheduling, ordering, food tracking. If you are currently a sous chef, great. We are interested in speaking to you as well.

Compensation is competitive for the position and would include bonuses based on easily measured metrics such as food costs and labor costs.

We are a family owned and operated California-inspired Italian restaurant in Geyserville, the heart of Sonoma wine country. More than anything, we value our customers and our employees with whom we work. We are friendly place to work. Our current sous chef has been with us since we opened six years ago, and we are excited that he is now getting ready open his own restaurant. We will be sad to see him go but excited to hire a new team member to help lead our kitchen.
