Job Description We are hiring a full time Bookkeeper for our group: Diner, Marlow & Sons, Marlow & Daughters, Achilles Heel, Roman's, She Wolf Bakery, Diner Journal and Marlow Goods.  The office team's goal is to support all employees and provide a high level of hospitality to our farmers, vendors and guests. Desired skills:
1-2 years bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Experience using Excel
Understanding of basic journal entries
Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and prioritize numerous activities at once
High level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail
Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, values hospitality

Responsibilities:      
A/R and A/P cycles 
Payroll journal entries
Sales Journal entries
Maintain filing systems
Aid in preparation financial reports for managers and chefs
Intercompany transfers and reconciliations
