Studio Manager
We're growing fast and need your help keeping track of it all. As our studio manager, you'll work closely with our warehouse manager to ensure day to day operations run smoothly, calls and e-mails are answered in a timely fashion, and orders ship out on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls. You'll take orders over the phone, answer general questions, and direct calls to the appropriate party when applicable
• Monitor various e-mail accounts. You'll respond to general inquiries, process incoming orders and add them to the ship cue, and forward e-mails to the appropriate party when applicable
• Fulfill orders from our online store and various web retailers. You'll work with our warehouse manager to process and pack orders, as well as ensure all orders are picked up by UPS
• Sort, label, and ship orders from our separate warehouse space in Long Island City 2 - 3 times a month
• Make sales calls for new business and periodically check in with existing customers

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
• Experience in customer experience. We strive to ensure an unparalleled purchasing experience, and we need your help to make sure customers are happy and troubleshoot when they're not
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities on the fly
