Job description
We are a neighborhood pie shop in the Mission, focused on good food, organic products, direct farmer relationships, environmentalism, and the vocational training of young people.
We are looking for a front of house shift supervisor to lead and train a team of junior staff and interns. Duties will include making coffee drinks, serving pie, light prep work, cleaning, and providing top-notch, authentic customer service.
Cafe experience required. We would also prefer some leadership experience, especially in regard to urban youth. Must be available on weekends with a flexible day/ evening schedule.
