PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Director of Retail Sales 
• Assist in administrative responsibilities, including entering and overseeing orders for customers, managing POs and coordinating with the warehouse
• Become familiarized with the brands offered and have working knowledge of all products being sold
• Coordinate drop shipment program of fresh truffles and oversee PO entry, invoicing, etc. for this program
• Visit stores and provide merchandising support to teams
• Manage demo schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to react quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with marketing a brand
