General Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support and manage a large group of creative, food-driven restaurant vendors.
- Hire, manage, and effectively communicate with maintenance staff.
- Enforce standards for general operations, food safety, and customer service.
- Supervise the food market public space to ensure all vendors and patrons are following Department of Health and State Liquor Authority rules.
- Oversee vendor coordination and scheduling of common areas.
- Ensure the public areas of the food market are clear of rubbish and potential safety hazards.
- Familiarity with all in-market systems including, POS, sound, lighting, security, HVAC, to problem solve and support
- Maintain an inventory management system for common products
- Help execute and manage a packaged and dried goods market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must demonstrate problem solving and customer service capabilities in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
- 3 year F&B experience.
- Food Handlers Certificate; if not already obtained, must secure within 1 month of employment
- Working knowledge of Mac Platform, MS office products
