Primary Responsibilities:
- Organizing daily action plans and territory routes to achieve individual sales goals
- Managing territory Accounts Receivable
- Managing and responding to new account leads and incoming sales inquiries quickly and effectively
- Communicating company’s history and values
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Participating in training opportunities on products and services and attend weekly sales meetings
- Continuously improving coffee knowledge
- Providing basic equipment repairs and service troubleshooting (filter changes/gasket changes)
- Processing emergency orders and making emergency deliveries
- Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry is strongly preferred
- Basic barista skills preferred, but we are willing to train outstanding candidates
- Demonstrate strong skills in self-motivation, organization, and problem solving
- Willing to get up early to hustle and get a head start on the day (it’s coffee!)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Outstanding written and communication skills required
- Flexible, adaptable, and professional attitude and positive outlook
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
