Job Description The Taïm Group is seeking an individual to coordinate all human resources needs for Taïm Nolita & West Village, The Taïm Mobile, Balaboosta and Bar Bolonat. The Taïm Group was started 10 years ago in the West Village and has since expanded to 5 restaurants, including a food truck. The Taïm Group is a family owned company with chef ownership. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Fluent in New York State & Federal Labor Laws
• Experience in new hire paperwork, as well as other personnel paperwork
• Responsible for bookkeeping, time-clock management, and payroll for all of the restaurants
• Converse with employees while maintaining discretion
• Document, file, and manage all HR paperwork
• Create a benefits program for employees
• Manage all employee inquiries that come to the company, including employment verification, child support paperwork, etc.
• Plan gatherings and other events to support employees
• Bookkeeping and training when necessary

We are looking for someone who has formal human resources education and is looking to be a part of growing, exciting company. This person must be fluent in excel, and other Microsoft programs, must be extremely responsible, and eager to learn and influence a young organization. Experience in restaurants definitely helps!
