Job description

Dan Colen Studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn is hiring a Studio Chef to prepare workday lunches— in house. We are looking for a uniquely qualified person to manage food ordering, write menus and prepare meals for a group ranging from ten to twenty people. Experience in catering or fine dining is needed for this position. The ideal candidate would be flexible and have a large repertoire of recipes and techniques that enables them to cater to various dietary restrictions and requests. Prior work relationships with Brooklyn based food purveyors would be a plus but not required. The Studio Chef eats lunch with the staff at Dan Colen Studio.
