Job description

We are a cool Vermont Specialty Grocery Store, serving local food, coffee & tea, local beer & local handcrafted art.  

20 hrs/wk, 4hrs/day
Tues, Wed., Thurs., Fri., & Sat.

Responsibilities: Prepare food according to recipes, maintain clean working areas-both in the Hub & kitchen, Dishes, Stocking & organizing store shelves, Handle deliveries, Check invoices, Stock shelves, Help maintain a list of out-of-stock items, Develop menus in collaboration with the food manager and owners, Ensure food quality, Brainstorm food improvements and be willing to adapt food plan to evolving business.  

Qualities: Flexible, Passion for local food, ability to balance compassion and directness in order to effectively work in a team, attention to detail.  SMILE :)

Qualifications: 2 plus years experience.
